Chalmersska Ingenjörsföreningen has been the unifying link for Chalmers students all over the world for over a century. The association's activities include active local chapters, its own magazine, senior meetings, mentorship, spring parties, the World Golf Championships, etc. Through all this, Chalmersska Ingenjörsföreningen provides unprecedented opportunities for its members - both socially and professionally. Information - New Financial Procedure

In order to streamline our organisation and simplify the process for membership fees, we have introduced a new procedure for payment. We have changed our financial system and therefore we no longer offer E-invoice via bank but E-invoice instead goes via KIVRA which reaches many more people and is more automated.

For those who have been a member during 2025, we send out an invoice / payment card.

The invoice / payment card is sent primarily via KIVRA (if you are connected), 
secondly by e-mail (sender mail(at)eaccounting.vismaonline.com),
thirdly by ordinary post.
If you are missing the payment card, it may be because we do not have your current contact details.

For those of you who are members, we send out an invoice / payment card before each new membership year.

The membership fee is SEK 375 per year, if you were born in 1946 or earlier you pay SEK 188 per year.
Membership is valid for a calendar year, from the date of payment until the end of March of the following year.

NOTE for existing members/new members living in the USA and Canada:  Effective Jan. 1, 2026, a new Membership System was introduced in our region (USA and Canada). The membership fee will include membership in CING in Sweden as well as membership in USA-CANADA, officially named Chalmers Alumni Association, Inc. (CAAI). NOTE for expatriates: If you wish to have Avançons sent to you, an additional 150 SEK/year will be charged due to postage costs. Avançons is also available as a PDF file sent via email.
