Finally it is time for the Local Department Väst's traditional Autumn Party. At the 15th time we will be served:

- The Chalmersska House -

We will get a guided tour from banquet hall to bank vault. Stories about 214-years old house and William Chalmers who furnished with a mix of Cantonese and Gothenburg style. Then we sit down for an afternoon tea with cokie and mingling.

- Annual meeting -

The Local Department Väst's ordinary autumn meeting. It will be hybrid, where you can attend from the Chalmersska House or from a computer at your selection. Documents for the meeting is found at Väst homepage below Stadgar och Höstmötesprotokoll.

- Party Dinner -

We stay in the lovely 19th century environment and have a three-course dinner with song and fun.
Persons attending the dinner pay the facile price of 700:- SEK per individual, same for alumni as accompanying.
Pay no lather than 3 November, to either bankgiro 5845-3226 or swish 123 256 1421.
Dress code: tonight we accept from udda kavaj /smart casual to frack /dress coat

- Bar hang -

We get the opportunity to stay in the wonderful atmosphere during the late hours, take the opportunity to mingle even more!

15.30 - Guided tour in the house and afternoon tea
16.30 - Annual meeting for Väst (hybrid)
17.45 - Party Dinner with fun.
21.00 - Bar hang with music

If you attend the dinner you shall also have paid by this day.
Also Alumni from other departments are warmly welcome.
