The Chalmers Leadership Network Avancez is pleased to invite you to explore the topic “How to reach your full potential and what role you play to make others reach theirs” at the networking event on the evening of Thursday 28 September. 

During this hybrid session, Therese Björkdahl Nilsson, Transformation Lead, Business & Technology Solutions at Capgemini Sweden, will share her insights and experience on the topic. Therese has over 20 years of experience within the automotive industry and more than 10 years of experience in different leadership positions. As a leader, she believes in creating dream teams using the members’ different strengths and where everyone can reach their full potential. Her focus has been to establish a team culture, where trust is the base.

During this event we will explore this interesting topic together in an interactive session combining facts, experiences and reflections. When you register, you choose whether you want to participate on site at Chalmers or whether you want to participate digitally via Zoom. A light snack will be served to those who attend physically.
